Great service from start to finish. Rachel checked me in and out. She mentioned that she was training and it was her first week there. She did great and was so lovely. You can tell that Spa Utopia takes great pride in training their employees. I saw Shelby for my hot stone massage. I can’t remember the last time I felt so relaxed. Ended the treatment in the stream room. Have never been disappointed when visiting Spa Utopia. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I had the signature massage by a gentleman named Geo over the winter break . It was the best massage I have ever had. He was professional and made me feel comfortable. He constantly made sure that his pressure was adequate. It was firm but it did not hurt. He worked out some knots in my back that other RMT's could not get rid of. Overall, I was very satisfied and relaxed. I will be back to visit him. Thanks Geo :)

Amazing first experience! I went there (37 weeks pregnant and super uncomfortable) for a third trimester full body massage, as well as a pedicure. Staff was very helpful and professional, and made me feel welcomed. It might seem a bit costly but you get your money worth for sure! If you want to be truly pampered, this is so worth it! I had Nicole (RMT), who gave me the best massage I've ever had. She used perfect pressure, worked all the spots I needed and made me feel comfortable- even despite my huge pregnant belly. And Bethany (nail technician) did a fantastic job on my disgusting, and ticklish feet haha. And was very nice to chat with. I definitely recommend both for your services! 😊 I will be back!

I visit here regularly. For my hair, massage, and to buy make up. James is The Best and the only one I trust with my hair.
The whole team is wonderful. The ambiance is Greek-themed and relaxing with lots of eucalyptus. I love their specialty tea. Mmm!

Exceptional staff and service. Had an amazing pedicure with Jas who was incredible, meticulous and professional. The hostesses were equally wonderful. Worth every penny. Enjoyed the amenities - what a spa experience should be. My only cons - many loud people and I wish the lounge was more spacious and had more chaise loungers.

It was my first time into the spa and I am speechless, words cannot describe how the service was. Jasmine did such an amazing job not only with the massage but giving direction as to what she was going to do next as well as checking in with me to make sure I was ok. I will definitely be coming back.
